When you choose Veterans Nexcare, you will work with licensed healthcare professionals. We take the time to listen to your situation, thoroughly research your case, and provide you with a copy of our nexus opinion.
Intake Application
✓ You must be a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. ✓ You must suspect that your injury is service connected. ✓ You must be willing to meet with our licensed healthcare professionals. ✓ You understand that we cannot guarantee a VA rating or an increase. ✓ You understand that we are not a VSO. ✓ Any fees paid covers counseling and therapy sessions.
If you meet all of these standards, just complete intake form and a representative will contact you to schedule your evaluation.
